Founder and CEO
Srinethe is the founder of Best Med Help. She found a passion for medicine when she was eight years old and always has wanted to do
something bigger for her community. She made this organization with the goal to create a community for the medically-inclined.

BEN RAMAKRISHNAN
Head of Social Media, Web Developer, and Newsletter Manager
Ben has grown up surrounded by family and family friends who are involved within the medical field. Though medicine is a field that he is not yet sure he would like to pursue full-time, it is an interest he always loves to get more in touch with.
He is passionate about theater, literature, and music and is the founder and editor-in-chief of Vellichor Literary.

KATHERINE JAMES
Head of Research and Writing, HR Coordinator, and Podcast Manager

Katherine is a high school freshman who loves writing, football, and science. She enjoys learning about various topics and
writing articles and narratives. She often spends long hours perfecting her work, as she can be a bit of a perfectionist. She loves the mission of Best Med Help and is devoted!
OLIVIA KELLY
Secretary

Olivia Kelly graduated from Lipscomb University with a degree in Biology and two minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She is currently in the application cycle
for medical school and hopes to use her passions for the intricacy of the human body to serve others through medicine. She believes strongly in Best Med and hopes it reaches those with a passion for the sciences.
MADISON MORENO
Head of Research and Event Manager
Madison discovered a passion for medicine after her grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. She hopes to become a surgeon. She is passionate about making careers in healthcare accessible to people from
underrepresented backgrounds. In her free time, she loves to sing, travel, read, and meet new people.

YASHAL
TikTok Manager and Interview Manager
Yashal's parents were excellent doctors in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. When they moved, they were forced to give up their passion in exchange for Yashal's education. Yashal strives to continue their dreams in the medical field in America.
